If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for items that are damaged or lost, we are here to help! We offer free returns on most items within 14 business days of delivery. We will process a new order and send it to you as soon as possible.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Swag items are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Products or Services made to your specifications or custom requirements.

• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

• Commercial grade products are subject to the manufacturer's return policy and warranties.  This includes computers, phones, batteries, and products provided by Vorp Energy and Antaira - please see below:

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products are damaged or lost (email order@OBSIDIAN.works). Please include a photo of the damaged item and the original packaging.

2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
